Duties & Responsibilities

Supervise daily factory operations to ensure productivity, quality, and safety standards are met.

Coordinate with production, maintenance, and logistics teams to streamline workflows.

Monitor production schedules and adjust resources to meet deadlines.

Enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Conduct performance evaluations and training sessions for shop floor staff.

Identify process inefficiencies and implement continuous improvement strategies.

Prepare operational reports and present them to senior management.

Oversee inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of raw materials.

Resolve operational issues promptly to minimize downtime.

Maintain records related to production output, quality control, and equipment usage.

Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and operational excellence.
Job Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.

Minimum 4–6 years of experience in manufacturing or factory operations leadership.

Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and safety protocols.

Proficient in using ERP systems and factory management software.

Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
