Duties & Responsibilities

Travel to customer sites to install, maintain, and repair equipment or machinery.

Diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions on-site.

Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.

Document service calls, repair logs, and part replacements accurately.

Train customers on proper equipment usage and basic troubleshooting steps.

Coordinate with the service team to manage parts inventory and service schedules.

Provide feedback to engineering and product teams based on field experience.

Ensure safety compliance during all on-site operations.

Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Respond promptly to emergency service requests and resolve them efficiently.
Job Profile

Diploma or associate degree in Electronics, Mechanical, or related technical field.

2+ years of experience in a hands-on technical or maintenance role.

Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical/electrical aptitude.
-
Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours.

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
