Duties & Responsibilities

Conduct one-on-one or group coaching sessions to guide clients in achieving their wellness goals.

Develop personalized health plans based on clients’ needs, preferences, and medical histories.

Provide ongoing motivation and accountability support to encourage behavior change.

Educate clients on nutrition, physical activity, stress management, and lifestyle balance.

Track client progress and adjust wellness strategies as needed.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals or fitness experts when appropriate.

Maintain confidential records and document session outcomes professionally.

Host wellness workshops or webinars for broader community engagement.

Promote services through social media, local events, and wellness networks.

Stay informed about trends in holistic health, fitness, and mental well-being.
Job Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, Nutrition, Psychology, or related field (certification in coaching preferred).

At least 1–3 years of coaching, health education, or wellness-related experience.

Strong interpersonal and motivational skills.

Knowledge of holistic wellness practices and goal-setting techniques.

Passion for helping others improve their overall well-being.
