Duties & Responsibilities

Reach out to prospective customers through phone calls, emails, and online platforms.

Understand client needs and recommend appropriate products or services.

Maintain detailed records of sales activities in CRM systems.

Follow up with leads and existing customers to nurture relationships and drive repeat business.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Provide accurate product information and resolve customer inquiries promptly.

Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to align on lead generation strategies.

Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and follow-up communications.
Job Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.

1–3 years of experience in inside sales or telesales preferred.

Excellent verbal communication and persuasive selling skills.

Familiarity with CRM software and basic sales reporting tools.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
