Duties & Responsibilities

Prepare legal documents such as contracts, affidavits, and court filings under attorney supervision.

Organize and maintain physical and digital legal files for easy retrieval.

Conduct basic legal research and summarize findings for attorney review.

Schedule meetings, court hearings, and maintain attorney calendars.

Liaise with clients, courts, and external parties for case updates and documentation.

Draft correspondence, case summaries, and legal reports accurately.

File documents with courts and regulatory bodies, ensuring timely submissions.
Job Profile

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Law, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in a legal office or law firm preferred.

Familiarity with legal terminology, procedures, and documentation.

Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in MS Office and legal management software.
