Duties & Responsibilities

 

 

  • Prepare legal documents such as contracts, affidavits, and court filings under attorney supervision.

  • Organize and maintain physical and digital legal files for easy retrieval.

  • Conduct basic legal research and summarize findings for attorney review.

  • Schedule meetings, court hearings, and maintain attorney calendars.

  • Liaise with clients, courts, and external parties for case updates and documentation.

  • Draft correspondence, case summaries, and legal reports accurately.

  • File documents with courts and regulatory bodies, ensuring timely submissions.


Job Profile

 

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Law, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in a legal office or law firm preferred.

  • Familiarity with legal terminology, procedures, and documentation.

  • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office and legal management software.
