Duties & Responsibilities

Develop and enforce security policies, protocols, and procedures across the organization.

Supervise security personnel and assign duties to ensure 24/7 protection of premises.

Conduct risk assessments and security audits to identify and address vulnerabilities.

Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency responders when necessary.

Oversee the installation and monitoring of surveillance systems and access control tools.

Lead investigations into security breaches or suspicious activities.

Manage budgeting and procurement for security-related equipment and systems.

Organize training sessions for staff on safety practices and emergency response plans.

Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory security standards.
Job Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or related field preferred.

Minimum 4–6 years of experience in corporate or facility security, including team leadership.

Strong decision-making and crisis-management abilities.
-
Familiarity with electronic surveillance systems, alarms, and reporting protocols.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.
