Duties & Responsibilities

 

  • Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers to meet company procurement goals.

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies that align with business objectives.

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to optimize cost-efficiency and supplier value.

  • Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with company standards.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, logistics, and operations.

  • Conduct market research to assess trends, risks, and new sourcing opportunities.

  • Build long-term relationships with key suppliers to ensure reliability and innovation.

  • Manage risk by identifying supply chain vulnerabilities and creating mitigation plans.


Job Profile

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or vendor management.

  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills.

  • Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
