Create user-friendly training materials, manuals, and e-learning modules.

Monitor industry trends to ensure learning strategies stay current and effective.
Job Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related discipline.

2–4 years of experience in corporate training or instructional design.

Strong presentation and facilitation skills.

Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.

Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities.
