Duties & Responsibilities

 

 

  • Design and implement training programs tailored to organizational goals and employee needs.

  • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars across departments.

  • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.

  • Maintain training records and document employee progress and certifications.

  • Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and develop solutions.

  • Create user-friendly training materials, manuals, and e-learning modules.

  • Monitor industry trends to ensure learning strategies stay current and effective.


Job Profile

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related discipline.

  • 2–4 years of experience in corporate training or instructional design.

  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills.

  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.

  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities.
