Duties & Responsibilities

Maintain overall website functionality, performance, and user experience.

Update content, visuals, and layout to reflect branding and marketing campaigns.

Monitor site analytics and user behavior to optimize engagement and conversions.

Ensure website security, backup, and uptime through regular maintenance.

Collaborate with developers and designers for technical improvements and new features.

Troubleshoot bugs, broken links, and compatibility issues across devices.

Manage SEO strategies to improve search engine visibility and ranking.

Coordinate with content teams to publish timely and accurate information.

Track and report on web traffic, trends, and performance metrics.

Enforce compliance with accessibility, data privacy, and other web standards.
Job Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Computer Science, or Digital Media preferred.

3–5 years of experience in website management or digital marketing roles.

Proficiency in CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal) and basic HTML/CSS knowledge.

Strong understanding of SEO, UX/UI principles, and web analytics tools.

Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple digital tasks.
